About Us

Created in 2007 when Strongroom Management amalgamated with Air Management. Strongroom Management was originally set-up 15 years ago to represent the interest of engineers working at Strongroom Studios. Over the years this expanded to represent a wider range of engineers, producers and artists. AIR Management was established to represent the engineers and producers who worked out of AIR Studios and whose work includes many celebrated film score and artist recordings. Richard Boote, AIR's owner and Managing Director, was the driving force behind the merger. He particularly liked the fact that the two companies shared the same ethos of developing the management roster from within by promoting the in-house studio engineers and thereby giving them the opportunity to become world-class engineers and producers. Nowadays the award-winning roster comes from a wider spectrum of talent. We continue to represent some of the best new producers, writers and engineers in the world. Coral Worman, who alongside owner Richard Boote developed Strongroom Management, now works with Lucy Matthews running AIR Management. Alison Burton at AIR Studios, who has worked closely with many of the engineers, is also an important part of the management team bringing her unrivalled experience of film scoring. The business is fully supported by the marketing and finance team at AIR.
