KEN THOMAS

Out now  ‘Elegies To Lessons Learnt’ (Beggars Banquet) by Leeds very own iLiKETRAiNS mixed by Ken.

Ken has also been producing the debut album for Swiss band Manana  (Rodeo Star), which he is currently mixing in Germany. Ken has also produced two tracks for new band Vib Gyor (Red Alert).
 
TIM HOLMES

Tim is producing the debut album for Wall Of Sound band A Human, but has also had time to return to the studio with Brixton’s finest and NME darlings The Real Heat who are recording their debut single “Hearts Not In It”. He has also mixed the latest Spiritualized album, and is tracking an EP with reformed act Red Snapper.

PEDRO FERREIRA


Pedro has been enjoying the Welsh hospitality down at Monnow Valley studios producing and mixing tracks for new rock act Two.

MIKE NIELSEN


Current releases include track  “Last Shot” on the new Tom Baxter album “Skybound” for Charisma.  Mike has also just been working with Tawiah Brownswood for Ross Allen.

JON COLLYER

Jon is currently reprogramming the new Goldfrapp single for Mute Records, this will be the first single released from the new album. He is also working on the new Sunshine Underground album for City Rockers.

PHIL VINALL

Phil has been nominated for a Latino Grammy for his work on Mexican band Zoe. He also produced the current single for Victorian English Gentleman’s Club (Fantastic Plastic) and has just mixed new single for Manchester band International One.

DAMIAN LEGASSICK


Damian has been writing with Karen David (represented by Simon Long).

JOHN SMITH

John has mixed the new single for Gronland Records’ band Machine.

ADE PRESSLY

Ade has mixed Kasabian live for i-tunes music festival, which was held at the ICA in London. Ade has also been recording, editing and encoding the Manchester United Football DVD for Warners. 

GEOFF FOSTER

Geoff began the month of September recording for Bee Movie, and spent a day recording for EMI Classics artist Mara Carlyle. He then began mixing Tuomas Kantelinen’s film scores for Arn, and recording for Quest For a Heart. Geoff moved on to record the Lord Of The Rings stage show soundtrack at AIR, which rounded off the month nicely. In October, Geoff continued to record the Lord of the Rings stage show soundtrack and headed to India to mix the album with A.R. Rahman and the production team for two weeks.

STEVE ORCHARD

Steve spent much of the month recording with Israeli artist Aviv Geffen at Rak/Strongroom studios, he then went on to mix album tracks for A&G Records’ signed band Gloria Cycles at Strongroom. He also visited GMTV with Travis on sound supervisor duty. Steve again spent much of the month of October recording with Aviv Geffen at Rak/AIR then went to Tel Aviv to record/master tracks.

RUPERT COULSON

Rupert recorded for Bee Movie at Abbey Road and then began programming for Andy Davenport/Ragdoll Productions for children’s programme In the Night Garden. In October, Rupert continued to record with Andy Davenport for In the Night Garden and Tronji, and then went on to record for the Tin Man in Prague and at AIR. He is also recording for TV’s Octavia.

NICK WOLLAGE


During September, Nick recorded for Bee Movie at Angel, mixed the score for The Escapist (Benjamin Walfisch) at AIR, and recorded the score for Christmas movie Fred Claus in the Hall. He then began work on Nathan Duvall’s score for Eton Path. Nick continued the recording schedule for Nathan Duvall’s Eton Path score in October, and then went on to engineer sessions for Lesley Garrett. Nick then went on to record the score for Miss Pettigrew at AIR.

JON BAILEY

Jon continued working with Katherine Jenkins at AIR in September, and in October, Jon finished off recording duties for Katherine Jenkins working with Gary Barlow.

ADAM NOBLE

Adam continued to record with Guillemots during September and October mixing the new album at Strongroom, which is planned for release in 2008.
