Nick studied music and sound recording at the University of Surrey and was awarded BA Music (Hons) in 1991. After two years training in the studio, he began working as a freelance engineer specialising in film and T.V music. He joined AIR Lyndhurst in 1996.

Film scoring projects include ‘Shame’, ‘Puss in Boots’, ‘Kung Fu Panda 2’, ‘Megamind’, ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’, ‘Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire’, ‘Lord of The Rings’ ‘Thor’, ‘Wrath of the Titans’, ‘Frankenweenie’, ‘Grown Ups 2’ and ‘Pride and Prejudice’ which earned composer Dario Marianelli an Oscar nomination and a Classical Brit award and an Oscar for ‘Atonement’ in 2008. Nick has since worked with Dario on ‘Jane Eyre’, ‘Salmon Fishing In The Yemen’ and ‘Anna Karenina’.

He recorded and mixed the score for ‘Page Eight’ which has won composer, Paul Englishby, an Emmy for best title music and last year for multi award winning Kubo and the Two Strings for Dario Marianelli.

Work this year so far includes recording the Kong:Skull Island for Henry Jackman, Kingsman:The Golden Circle for Henry Jackman and Matthew Margeson and Wonder Woman for Rupert Gregson-Williams.
