Olga joined AIR Management in 2013.  Olga first came to AIR Studios in 2003 on her year out from the Tonmeister course at Surrey University.  On graduating, Olga returned to work at AIR full time  and has since worked on many projects for artists including Coldplay, Guillemots and Noah & the Whale as well as large-scale orchestral sessions for films such as Atonement. In 2016 she won the MPG Award for Recording Engineer of the Year

In 2012, she mixed many of the performances featured in the Olympic Games Closing Ceremony and accompanying album, for artists including David Arnold, Ed Sheeran, Jessie J, Taio Cruz, Tinie Tempah and Ray Davies. She provided pre-production for Coldplay’s Paralympic Closing Ceremony performance and also engineered on their live album/DVD.

The end of 2012 saw Olga spend two weeks in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, collaborating with Ethiopian producer Abagasu Kibrework Shiota, recording an album of original and traditional music for Girl Hub, a not-for-profit-organisation focused on empowering adolescent girls in developing nations.

Olga worked on Eliot Sumner’s album ‘Information’ and with Daughter recording and mixing the EP Live at Air Studios.  She has also worked with Coldplay on ‘Ghost Stories’ and ‘A Head Full of Dreams’ and continues to work with the band on forthcoming projects. She recently worked with Carly Paradis on Netflix series The Innocents.
